HI! We are Vote for the BEST! This site is for American Idol fans or Vote for the Worst (www.votefortheworst.com) haters... This site encourages people not to vote for who VFTW picks... You may be thinking "isn't that what every VFTW hater already does?" the answer is YES! But we think of strategies to get the worst off quicker... Vote for the Best started on Freewebs then moved to Weebly and now it has a site of it's own! Most of you already know about Vote for the Worst and what it is doing... The finale is a week away with only 2 left... So I decided instead of leaving the Do Not Vote For David Archuleta up I would encourage you to vote for David Cook (Which is what we do either way but this just seems better) anyways... David Cook seems to have a a big fan base like David Archuleta so it probably won't be too hard... Plus reading the emails I get this seemed like a better idea than the last... So on Tuesday night vote as hard as you can so David Cook can win it all!

Syesha Gone... VFTB victory? or not? (LATE UPDATE)
I'm sorry this update is a little late but my computer was messed up all day yesterday! Anyways... Syesha is gone... David is staying... I can't really say I wasn't expecting that though... Like I said some of you might think this is a vote for the best victory... But technically it is not... So obviously I don't know whether to be proud or upset right now, you all have your own opinion... But next Tuesday is the finale and as for me and the rule of the site I will be voting for David Cook while I expect a lot of you too... Those of course are David Archuleta's numbers... First of all I would like to say... David honestly was not THAT bad tonight... I mean in my opinion "With You" was a bit much to see him sing... Anyways... As I said from the beginning of the choice... I know that a lot of people like David and by the emails I got A LOT of people like him but also A LOT of people hate him too! But you all have to realize I have no other choice than this... So even though this left me in a tough spot because even I personally think he could probably win even without VFTW's help I have to not vote for him... I know it is hard for me to do and it might be hard for those emailing me and others saying you like David but it is still a choice... So even if he stays tomorrow I will honestly not know whether to be happy or upset... But I am still encouraging all of you to NOT vote for David Archuleta... incase you don't already know... David Archuleta is the new Vote for the Worst pick... This leaves me in a tough spot... I mean a lot of people email me saying they hope he wins... But there actually are a lot (in fact I think probably more) people who email saying he is annoying, should loose, doesn't deserve stardom, etc. So I guess that some of you might be mad at us now... But others will probably be happy! I'm sorry but this is what I have to do! On Tuesday night please Vote for EVERY contestant besides David Archuleta... If they sing twice again then PLEASE vote twice! THANKS!
P.S. Remember! We are getting very close to the finale so we have to try as hard as we can!

I don't know whether it was us who made another difference in the show or a lot of other people who have not heard of us but decided it was about time VFTW lost this round... But I really don't care because we have done it! We have taken Kristy, Brooke, and now Jason... I think we can beat VFTW at their game for whoever they choose next as long as we keep doing the strategy we are doing! I know I say this all the time but we should remember we have not won the battle yet... Vote for the Worst is going to choose another worst... Maybe Syesha, maybe David (Archuleta), or maybe David (Cook) we have to wait and see...
Also it looks like the old Vote for the Worst is back and that whole Vote for the STONED thing is now out of the picture. THANK YOU EVERYONE!!!

It is the day after Cinco De Mayo... After a lot of you probably had a great party yesterday it is now again the time to take more action... Unfortunately the suggestions we got were honestly... I'll just say not very well thought out (sorry if you were one of them) so tonight we have to go against Vote for the "STONED" by doing our traditional vote for every contestant besides their pick (in this case, Jason Castro) Now remember there are only 4 left in the competition which means it is not to long before the finale and we decide which other show to move on to until American Idol comes back... So this time your votes count even more than EVER!

I had many emails last night from people (probably worsters) saying that we stole the image of Jason using the toilet while performing from Vote for the Worst... So as you can see I have changed the image to stop further problems... Also I would like to inform I did not know that the image was a VFTW picture until I searched through the pages on the site and eventually found it... I found the picture on PhotoBucket and it made me laugh... Good day!

Jason Castro is the new Vote for the Worst (or should I say... Vote for the STONED) pick... You know what that means! On Tuesday... Pick up your phones... And dial ANY number besides Jason's... I am honestly not very surprised though... I do not HATE Jason in my opinion but to me he does not seem like American Idol material... Also a reminder... After last week I had doubts about doing this vote for everyone besides the VFTW pick again but it looks like it was worth it! I want to that everyone who voted for everyone besides Brooke... But remember, this does not mean VFTW will give up! We have to wait and see who Vote for the Worst will choose next... I got numerous emails this weeks saying they are choosing David Cook... If they do that will really leave me in a tough spot... I honestly think David is good! About the "Backup Worst"

I am doing this update to inform on our last post that the "Backup Worst" idea is not going to work... For one we think that if we are trying to keep 2 people off the show at the same time it will become difficult... After all we cannot have 2 people get off at the same time... I have had a lot of emails saying that we should do David Cook because they have heard he is going to be the next VFTW pick when Brooke is out... But... (this is just my opinion) Why would they pick one of the BEST like David (Cook) to be the pick? It confuses me too much and I don't want to encourage people to vote for someone most people will think is good if that is really true... I also got a lot of suggestions for Jason Castro too... But thank you everyone who emailed me telling us what you think! Remember on Tuesday to vote for EVERYONE besides Brooke... Yes that's right! We are going to try this again!

Should we do a Backup worst?

So we have been getting a lot of messages saying that in order to try and take VFTW we should encourage people to not vote for another worst who will probably end up being the new "worst" when/if Brooke leaves... To us this sounds like a sort of dangerous idea to cause too much anger and an argument... What do you think? Who do you think the "Backup Worst" should be? Or say if we should even do it or not! Please contact us with your opinion and whoever says a contestant worst the most will be the pick... And if we get too many people saying we shouldn't do this we will scratch this idea!

Oh my gosh! What happened?!

Well... Tonight's show was definitely... Interesting... Honestly I don't know whether to be happy or upset right now...
Glad because - In my personal opinion Syesha in my favorite so it was a relief to see her stay
Upset because - Carly was good to... But she is one of VFTW's main targets to get off the show... Which makes it slightly worse...
Anyways... It looks like VFTW triumphed this time... Brooke wasn't even in the bottom 2! And by a lot of the emails I got saying personally Jason Castro was their personal "worst" I thought it would be a little better if he got the bottom three! So... All I really have left to say is that next Tuesday we have to try harder... Vote for the Worst won this time but it doesn't mean they will ALWAYS win...

iFrst of I would like to apologize for not updating the site very much lately, I have been very busy as usual... Anyways... Brooke White is the newest VFTW pick and you know what that means! Sorry that I haven't updated in a while! I have been working very hard with other people to try and help me with getting this site some more recognition! Anyways... Tomorrow for the results for those of you who read my last update, which got deleted somehow, I got an email from somebody telling me about a mathematical proof way to defeat VFTW! What we have to do is tomorrow we vote for every contestant except the one that VFTW is rooting for (Kristy Lee Cook) you can even do a few extra votes for your favorite if you want! We should all try this out tomorrow and see what happens!
Also... I have been getting a couple emails saying that this site is sort of getting as bad as VFTW because we choose out own worst not to vote for while they choose their worst to vote for... I have to say, we are trying to stop Vote for the Worst by going saying not to vote who they are encouraging we do... We don't simply choose who we think is the worst!

Now the average amount of views from this site is 8.5... we cannot save American Idol and/or stop Vote for the Worst with that!
